Implementation costs depend on three factors that you help control: the scope of the processes, the number of interfaces, and the degree of customization. That’s why we look at the total costs over 5 to 10 years, rather than just the implementation price. What surprises many people is that the biggest cost driver isn’t the system itself, but rather every element that deviates from the standard. The closer we stay to the standard and the better the quality of the data you’re migrating, the more cost-effective and stable the process becomes.

For a medium-sized company, we realistically estimate 3 to 12 months until go-live, depending on the scope and data quality. We work in clearly defined phases with fixed milestones and commit to a go-live date. Our clients receive a clear timeline against which we are held accountable.
